To access your hotel's MenuBuilder account, enter the generic username and password provided to you by Brand Management Support. In the examples below, ABCDE represents your hotel's unique property code.
Your username should be entered in the following format:
ABCDE_GM@HILTON.COM
Your password should be entered in the following format:
ABCDE
Username and password are case sensitive and must be entered in UPPER CASE.
